Bonnie Hundrieser has a successful record of providing effective, customized technical assistance to Emergency Managers and local-level governments to help advance their emergency preparedness programs. Hundrieser applies a risk-informed, capabilities-based, and Whole Community approach that follows the guidance of the National Preparedness System. Bonnie works closely with Emergency Managers and local government officials to evaluate and meet their program needs and to strengthen key local and regional partnerships in the process.

A key element of Bonnie's work is to assist Emergency Managers in engaging their Whole Community in the participation of emergency preparedness activities. Whole Community Planning is rooted in the principle that to fully assess and plan for the risks that face a community, it is essential to engage people from across a broad spectrum of the community as vital partners in enhancing the resilience through individual and group preparedness.
